General Terms and Conditions of noHEROES GmbH

§1 Scope and Provider

(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between noHEROES GmbH, Haferkampstraße 18, 44369 Dortmund (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and its customers.

(2) Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless the Provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

§2 Event Tickets

(1) Event tickets are non-transferable. They are personalized and valid only for the holder specified on the ticket.

§3 Participation Conditions and Prizes

(1) Prizes will only be sent to participants who have played at least two rounds in the event.

(2) Prizes will not be awarded to participants who do not attend the event.

(3) Top prizes are only given to participants who complete the entire tournament without dropping.

§4 Cancellation

(1) Ticket cancellations are only possible with a fee of €2.

(2) The latest cancellation date is always one week before the event unless otherwise stated on the product page.

(3) Refunds are excluded after the cancellation deadline has passed.

§5 Shipping of Prizes

(1) If a prize cannot be delivered, a fee of €10 will be charged for the second shipment.

(2) If a prize cannot be delivered the customer has to claim the second shipment within 3 months via the contact possibilities.

§6 Liability

(1) The Provider is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty by the Provider, its legal representatives, or vicarious agents.

(2) In the case of slightly negligent breaches of a material contractual obligation, the Provider's liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.

(3) Further liability of the Provider is excluded.

§7 Final Provisions

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

(2) Should individual provisions of this contract be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

(3) The place of performance and jurisdiction is the Provider's registered office, provided the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
